Stephen Thornton

Stephen qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 and is the founder of Thorntons Solicitors, which he launched in 2007.

Stephen attended Manchester Metropolitan University in 1996 where he attained LLB (Hons) and Diploma in Legal Practice.

Stephen trained at a traditional well respected Manchester law firm and having spent several years dealing with private client work in the Manchester area, Stephen decided to join one of Shrewsbury’s largest practices for whom he developed a thriving private client department. In 2007 Stephen founded Thorntons Solicitors which continues to expand and is now recognised as one of the leading non-contentious law firms in the region.

Stephen has many years of experience and expertise in dealing with Private Client matters and is dedicated to providing comprehensive wills, trust, probate and elderly client legal advice to a broad range of clients, all of whom are treated with professionalism and understanding.
